Our gardener Guillaume is responsible for the Domaine de la Vougeraie’s herb garden, nurturing the young shoots that will be used in our infusions and macerations to treat our vines. They include valerian, borage, chamomile, comfrey, and horseradish, for the first time this year. They grow alongside other perennials and aromatics such as thyme, rosemary, yarrow, tansy, sage, lemon balm, peppermint, rhubarb, lavender, and wormwood.
