                                             After the winter and our harvests, we applied a dose of
                                             preparation 500 to invigorate the soils and roots.
                                             This is the perfect time to till the soils, which are still
                                             warm and absorb the nutrients from the horn manure
                                             – the founding preparation of biodynamic cultivation –
                                             sprayed throughout the vineyards.
                                             Then comes the winter, an important stage in the vine’s
                                             life cycle as it allows it to rest, and good preparations
                                             have a major impact on its future. For example,
                                             this is a good time to maintain tools such as stakes,
                                             which we replaced in Vougeot in particular
                                             for some of the Prieuré vines.
                                             In October, we also received our Cîteaux rough staves
                      2022 maturation,       for our future barrels, which we will be ageing for three

    The next round of bottling will be the last and is planned
      for April, with the final whites including the renowned
          Clos Blanc, which always plays the final note…
